The first treatment that can be taken is cessation of alcohol consumption. By stopping alcohol consumption, it’s possible to reverse liver damage. If treatment is not given on the right time, most of the patients of liver damage develop liver cirrhosis.

When all the doors closed and there is no option to treat the condition then liver transplant is the last option. Liver donors are scarce. One of the criteria for liver transplant is that the person should not consume alcohol for a minimum of six months.

It is a severe disease that makes life measurable, sometimes alcohol costs to the life. Prevention is the only option of this condition so use preventive measures to treat the condition before it occur.
